 l evening. We’ll meet at Cleveland Dam and walk together through the par
 k around the dam and forest\, with conversation along the way. This is not
  an extreme-adventure meetup. Not a fitness challenge. Not a “prove you 
 own technical hiking pants” situation. Just an approachable outdoor Curi
 osity Club walk: views\, forest air\, moving conversation\, and a little d
 istance from the usual city noise.\n\nA few questions already sitting in m
 y head\n\n• “Why do some conversations get easier when people are walk
 ing?”\n• “What does being near water do to the mood of a group?”\n
 • “When was the last time your weekend felt like it had actual space i
 n it?”\n• “Do we go outside to escape the city\, or to remember how 
 to live in it better?”\n• “Why does a forest make small talk feel sl
 ightly less fake?”\n\nHow the afternoon will go\n\nWe’ll meet at the C
 leveland Dam parking lot\, by the dam viewpoint\, at 5:00 PM. From there\,
  we’ll walk together through the park around the dam and forest. The pac
 e will be social and conversational\, not athletic. People can talk\, paus
 e\, look around\, and let the walk be the thing. No forced icebreakers. No
  networking energy. No turning nature into content. Just a good outdoor ha
 ng with enough movement to make the conversation feel less stiff.\n\nBring
  / weather note\n\nBring water. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring a la
 yer - North Vancouver likes to remind people that weather has range. This 
 event goes ahead in light rain\, but may be changed if the weather looks u
