Event information
About this event
Easy outdoor social walk - not a run, not a guided nature tour.
Short summary
Some Saturday mornings should not be spent indoors pretending the day has already been ruined by your phone. This one is simple. Weβll meet at the Georgia Street entrance by Lost Lagoon and go for an easy walk around one of the best βcity suddenly becomes parkβ edges in Vancouver. Not a workout. Not a serious hike. Not a guided nature tour. Just a relaxed Curiosity Club walk: water, trees, birds, downtown nearby but slightly less annoying, and the kind of conversation that gets easier when nobody is trapped across a table. This is for people who want a slower Saturday morning with some fresh air and decent company.
How the morning will go
Weβll meet at 10:00 AM at the Georgia Street entrance by Lost Lagoon. From there, weβll walk together at an easy social pace. Some people will talk the whole time. Some people will mostly look around. Both are fine. No forced icebreakers. No networking energy. No one trying to turn a walk into a fitness personality. Just a simple Saturday morning walk with enough room for the day to open up a little.
Practical weather note
Wear comfortable shoes. Bring water. Bring a light layer, because Vancouver weather likes to change its mind in public. Light rain is fine. If the weather looks genuinely miserable or unsafe, Iβll post an update in the event comments. Official Lost Lagoon source
